If you would like to commission an art piece but have no reference (even if I ask for more details after your submission), the commission may be declined or have an additional charge of $20.
HOW TO COMMISSION ME?
1. Submit read the Terms of Service
2. Submit the commission form.
3. Wait for me to update you on your commission status (Accepted/Declined)
4. Instructions will be provided in the status update.
DO NOT submit your commission on Ko-Fi before I accept. Doing so will result in a delay in your refund and commission progress

Experimental Art
- This is experimental for me to practice. This will not have any consistency or perfection.
- It will mainly be Sketches (chibi/upper-body).

Terms of Service
Commissions are for personal use only. The artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners (example: discord reactive), BUT not for profit (keychains, prints, etc.). Please contact me via email for any commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.
I own all rights to the work. Putting any of my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.
Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.
All listed price are the BASE price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.
I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not fit your request or if the request falls under any subject I will not do.
Please do wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rushed orders with a specific deadline will have additional fees. Please check on the rough duration of the commission completion. The duration of each commission differs depending on its complexity and waitlist.
I value the quality, details and time put into my drawings, I hope you understand and are able to be patient while the commission is being completed. Any enquiries regarding updates are welcomed if there hasn't been one in a while. Updates will be provided during the phrases: Rough sketch, flat colours and finalised check.
Please make sure you inform any changes before moving on to the next phase. Any additional changes, that are supposed to be noted in the previous update phase may result in additional fees and a delay in completion.
Reposting and sharing the artwork are allowed BUT please remember to give credit @insainyaka.
Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or a declined commission. Providing references will help me provide a better quality commission according to your request without any mistakes in the process.
Legal Information
All rights to the art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me.
You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form (physical or digital), print and/or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission AND you have paid for the rights to do so.
You may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace.
Payment
Payment is done upfront via Ko-Fi commissions.
There are no refunds after cancellation. So please do ensure that you are certain that you want the commission.
In the rare event that I feel that I cannot finish your commission, there will be a full refund.
Process
Phase 1 [Sketch]: I will send images progress of the sketches for your review to be approved or make any revisions before the next stage. Please ensure that poses, expressions and details are up to your liking before the next stage. Major changes such as poses, expressions, clothes, etc. are not allowed after this point.
Phase 2 [Flat colour]: In this stage, I will add flat colours to the art for you to see the sketch in colour for approval and/or revision. Please let me know if you want colour changes here and if there are small missing details (example: missing one ribbon). Major changes such as poses, expressions (depends), clothes, etc. are not allowed at this point. If you insist on those changes, additional fees are needed. These fees differ according to the changes.
Phase 3 [Finalised]: Once I am done, I will send you one final check for reviewing. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. Any more than three (3) may incur additional fees that must be paid before adjustments are made.
Phase 4 [Completion]: I will email you the final artwork in full res .png an watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.
By commisioning me, this means you have properly read, understand and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice
